Poor service
I have been a AuMobile customer for many years, but now I am disappointed and angry. My husband bought me a new phone - samsung galaxy s8. When I started using the phone, I found that the people I was talking to did not understand me. The voice is like a robot and twitching. It took a few days until I was able to get to the AuMobile service center to change the phone, but nothing. They do not change anything. Will make an examination and, if it is not my fault, make repairs. I think it's a mockery, because what could I have done to that phone in a few days. If there had been an opportunity, he would have taken me back the next day. It turns out that I bought a very expensive phone to continue using the old one. And if it weren't for the old one, it would have been without a phone at all. Now I may get a repaired scrap sometime. I believethat this phone is priced high enough for me to have a new and high quality phone, not one that needs to be repaired in just a few days. When you need to sell a product, do everything you can to attract customers, but when you sell a defect, you do everything you can to inconvenience your customer.
