Fraud, lying, poor service
I ordered a cell phone on September 6th. I was contacted and informed that they did not have this phone on site, and just as I once thought about the model, and I requested another phone, a little cheaper, said it would be delivered within a week, so until September 13, and had to write an application to return the difference. Returning the difference within 10 working days. I didn't get the phone, I didn't get the difference, I called actively, the cheese goes with an answer, but after 30 times I finally picked it up. Well, it was already September 19, and I was told to wait another week, I said I would not wait to return all the money (including the difference Within 10 working days). I wrote the application for the full amount promised within 10 working days, which is October 3. I actively called on October 4, but now after 20 times I picked up and informed that the system does not work, the accounting money can not be transferred, the transfer date is October 13 (plus within one bank). Okay, I guess I'll wait, and of course there is no payment on October 13, and on October 16 I already called all day, actually 40 times from two different phone numbers. The next day I look at the website info that the office closed for technical reasons until October 23rd. How so? The company goes into insolvency.. bankruptcy? The system does not work, the office does not work, the money is not returned. As far as I understand many have such a problem, but can not promise one date then another, and then close the office.
