I was shocked along with another 20 passengers today on tram 4 from downtown to Imantu at the Maritim hotel around 15:40. Get in the controller and approach a pair of German retirees who provide them with a benchmark. It turns out that the two Germans had bought one benchmark with several trips and thought that by flushing twice, they would pay for both. Instead, to kindly explain how to do it, the whole brand of controllers, where by the way no one spoke English, stopped a couple around and said that they would have to pay 20 (!) dollars. How many times have you never seen RS controllers launch homeless people, drinkers and aggressive people by simply letting them get out! People, which, in fact, has been abusively unpaid! These two retirees had certainly not invented a fraudulent scheme in which one buys a benchmark while the other does not. They just didn't know! It was just the opposite. I have no sympathy for RS controllers! I would have shown hospitality to people that complements one of the main sections of the country's budget - tourism!
