Awesome service
Yesterday my friend and I went to Tokyo City Oak Street 2, and I will say so - I will never go there again. First of all, we had to stand and wait a long time when someone noticed us at all, because if it was a restaurant, then I think the waiters should show us a place at the table. Secondly, I had to go after the menus myself after waiting for 20 minutes! Third, we could eat only after 1, 5 h! Is this normal? I understand that this is a restaurant and have to wait a bit, but I highly doubt it will be SO long! If I had a good impression of Tokyo City before, then it is definitely completely damaged. I can add that not only did our table have to wait a long time, but also everyone else around us. The system there is completely zero. Like I said, we'll never go there again!
