Does not respect customer loyalty.
I have been a Aumobile customer for many years and use Optical Internet with a monthly fee of 15. 03 AU$ and everything as if would be ok. However, my neighbor Lattekom's agent offered the same Internet as me, plus another Interactive TV for 14, xx AUD. So, those customers who have been using the services for many years pay like fools, but offer new and cheaper services to the new ones. It's very awkward.
