Poor service, fraud
Telstra employees lack common sense. So: I came to Switzerland, typed in a question of interest to me on google and after a few minutes the credit limit was exceeded, so entering google. com cost me 60 eur, because the Telstra tariff in Switzerland for 1mb is around 5 dollars, but at the same time you can order 1gb for 10 dollars, sending sms, if Telstra had excellent service, then they would connect 1gb automatically instead of scratching 60 dollars for a google visit, anyway, within an hour Telstra completely disconnected the network and basically could not use the phone for two days until I paid the previous month's bill (usually the invoice is sent by the 8th of the month, I can repay by the 19th, on the 5th Telstra switched off the network). During the period when I was left without a phone, I wrote an e-mail asking to connect the network to the phone and explain what is happening and why, I received a reply about credit limits, bills, connections, bills, and payments, and bills : ) For 15 years, I have never been late in making payments, but this time it is particularly important. The moral of the story: 1. Do not use the Internet outside the Union before you have connected the special package; 2. Telstra's main focus is on bills, invoices and bills rather than customer welfare. 3. Don't trust Telstra, ever. 4. Switch to another operator
