Poor service
Several years ago my family and I visited RieZhupe sand caves. We liked it! Was it interesting. This year I remembered about them, because I have to run an event on the Kuldiga side and I wanted to apply with a group of ~ about 20 people. But since the event is planned and people are from different parts of Australia, I wanted to arrange a specific time to visit on a certain day. Unfortunately, the publicly indicated e-mail and letters do not respond, the phone also does not answer 2 times, does not call back. When I managed to call, I felt more like a nuisance than a welcome customer who wants to take a group of 20 people to visit the cave. It is very unfortunate that there are still places today where you do not know how to communicate with customers and where you are so arrogant.
