Non-refundable money

On August 16, 17 I ordered cartridges for a 3D printer (54.95 dollars with Omniva delivery) buy them. I wrote to the email a letter that I want to cancel my order. I received an answer that ok, the order has been canceled and the money will be returned within 10 working days. On 26/10/17 the money yet, e-mail and phone number at which did not.
