Restaurant Attitude
On November 28 this year at around 21. 00 with friends we came to the restaurant TOKYO CITY, at the address Melbourne, Kramu Street 2. There was no place on the upper floor, so the waitress sat us on the first floor next to the stairs. After a short while, a glass fell from the second floor onto our table, which shattered before our eyes and the shards of glass were on both the table and the head. A security guard ran to collect shards of glass. We did not apologize or forgive from the security guard or the waitress who represented the company, nor did we receive it. When a portion of sushi was brought to my friend, a piece of glass was visible on the plate, which the waitress did not notice. On our reprimand to the waitress, whether customers are currently being offered glass fragments, the waitress with a dissatisfied face collected a plate and promised to cook again. And again, we did not receive any apologies. My friend who returned from abroad was shocked, because in another country I would both apologize and call for food for such incidents. Waitresses are the face of the company, but you need to know the basic rules of etiquette. Afraid to even imagine what would happen if one of us ate this glass.
