Stricter rules?

I had to pay the bill by 19. 02, I could only pay tomorrow, today is 27. 02, I am late for 8 days, I always make payments on time in advance. Telstra disconnected my incoming calls and mobile data without warning me this morning. So far, I've been happy with Telstra, but now I'm starting to question it.
