Poor quality service, cheeky employee

Fee tablet repair in MeZhciems branch, because I think that the charger socket needs to be changed (did not charge). I will add that I did it for the third time in this place - changed the socket, everything is ok, after a while it doesn't charge again - the child uses the tablet more, I allowed the idea that twitching the charger cord also damages it, nothing needs to be repaired. Only this time I was not offered to replace the socket, but the master said that I would try to fix it in the same way. 3 weeks was silence, no news, once I turned to ask what was happening, replied that it will not be so fast, look for some "pros" and "cons", did not understand anything, but agreed to wait. After about a month I went to pick up the tablet, the master plugged it into the charger, and without releasing my hand from the charger shows me that working-in the chest,I received a remark that it should be charged carefully, placed on the surface and not moved (this should be handled with all normally prepared items?). Well ok, I paid and went home. When I plugged in the charger at home, I was surprised-not charged. I tried one charger, another, put it on the surface, didn't move, but nothing! Today I think I'm going to talk about that. I was already disappointed, but the last drop was that at 11 o'clock the workshop was still closed, although the working hours are from 10 o'clock. Since I really don't have time to go with my child several times a day, hoping that the workshop will be open, I asked my husband to pass in the afternoon. An interesting conversation with them with the master developed - "my wife had brought the tablet, so why did you come now? I already said that I do not give any guarantees, I said that I will try to fix it. Yesterday worked, I do not know what you did at home with him (yes,definitely broke my belongings!) "when the husband asked me to either return the money or fix it normally, the master replied that so he does not work! Then the question-what do I pay for the money? For an attempt to fix? What do you do for those shameless employees?
