Poor service
I don't recommend anyone, never come here. I took the laptop that had a problem, if it hit the case, it hung up and then restarted. The dose for diagnosis - the promised 2-3 days, reached 3.5 weeks. And to find out anything in general, I had to call myself all the time. I was told on the phone that I would try this and that and something else, said it was a unique case, so long. In the end, after a lot of torment, when I had to call again - I was told that the computer could not be turned on and the motherboard was deformed due to the fault. It turns out that it was pulled out - various manipulations were performed and then it could not be put back. Repairs respectively to 300 dollars now. Against all claims said that the motherboard defect and everything, the claims have no place. But the fact that the contract states that everything must be discussed with the client was ignored. Every time I called, no one warned me that I might not be able to put the computer back on after I diagnose it. When I corresponded with my superiors and mentioned why no one warned me about the possible outcome, no one answered me. The only answers from the management that they made the diagnosis and what claims I may have. When I told the service that I would not sign the document to be signed upon receipt, that there were no claims against the service, then I was not given a computer. I do not recommend to anyone, the attitude is terrible, walk around this office.
