The answer did not follow at all, so after 3 days the customer service was called, who promised to inform the relevant persons (not to solve the problem). They called and promised to return the courier and exchange the goods on the next working day. I wait 3 days to call - again promised to inform... I send again a complaint e-mail, to which I received a reply that, you see, the colors can be different To try and it is nothing, but the product with the missing details has been ordered and waiting for delivery from the "American store". As a result, I came across cat food and light bulbs, which I really don't need, but was bought so that I don't have to pay for the courier - the other goods have just been returned!
