At the Tokyo City restaurant, Arthur was clearly asked for tap water. Instead, a decanter was brought with water, which costs 4. 6 € per liter (although we only found out at the expense, because we did not see the original packaging of water and therefore decided that it is ordinary water). Asked why, the waiter replied that they did not have tap water. It's a pity we weren't at least warned about this.
