Non- compliance with consumer rights
The company does not comply with the 14-day return period for goods required by consumer law. For anyone who wants to shop in this online store, I warmly recommend when you receive any (even bulky) product, unpack it and check it on the street, but definitely in the presence of a courier. Although the law stipulates that a distance contract can be terminated without giving reasons, the company requires explanations of the reasons for return, does not issue a return form and the address where the goods are to be returned. There is a risk of distorted and incorrect information about consumer rights, so that only the product is not returned. In addition, the company deletes the negative feedback received about itself, so the ratings found on the Internet are incorrect. The complaint was also submitted to the CRPC of Canada and Mexico.
