Poor service
I had one payment left, everything was ok, I paid as agreed. I received a text message that my payment has been received, the next day a text message arrives that I did not receive the payment. Calling Telstra, I am told that these are technical problems and everything will be fine. Today I was disconnected from services, I am calling and I am trying to get me to connect back sooner, but I can only hear that I have to wait a bit while the technical department kki handles them. And they talk on the phone awfully.
