I warmly recommend not to buy products in the online store 110.shop. A well-designed website, high turnover, goods receipt premises - this does not mean a normal attitude towards customers. This is also evidenced by my present Christmas present. 21.12. I ordered an iron Philips GC3811 / 80. 21.12. it came short that the order is being processed. 22.12. informed me in a text message that I could receive. I'm going to get it. It turns out that the model I ordered is over and I am given a completely different one, moreover, the administrator (unfortunately I do not ask what it is called) claims to me that it is the same model! They do not open the boxes and the contents may differ from what is in the box! I ordered GC3811 / 80, but they left me with GC3811 / 70! How do you like it? A completely different model! In another color and design!No one informed me before driving that my desired model is not available! Only in the e-mail later did I find the 110.shop message that I can receive the model I do not want! But I don't email all the time, I rely on a text message! There will be no lost time, money for transport and gifts for mom! I understand that 110.shop does not matter, judging by the countless complaints here, but at least I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO COOPERATE WITH THIS SHOP. You can cause yourself unnecessary stress and frustration.
