Non-Professional Service
I am a Telstra customer. I have problems sending text messages: if I send to one person - then everything is ok, but if I send to several people - then they receive a text message as mms. I'm using an iphone 8 plus. I called the operator on 1600. There I was told that I should go to the nearest customer center and then there will definitely help me! I went to Telstra customer service center gallery center... There worked a consultant liva who could not help me. Said: I can not know everything and point. Then I went there even to the next AuMobile service center and the consultant picked up my phone and did it all! Shame on how Telstra salons work so unprofessionally! And a huge thank you to the AuMobile staff!
