Yesterday (December 10), after playing Dynamo with my husband, we ran to the car to eat. We entered Tokyo City at 22:20, the man showed which way to go and we sat down at an empty table. It takes about 10 minutes, no one comes. Suddenly a waiter appears here, without saying anything, throws us a "reserved" plate on the table and hurries away. Nothing, we thought that still others will not come as nothing - close to closing time. Although I do not think that is allowed either. A woman sits down and comes to us in a bit more chic clothes - sometimes the manager of the restaurant or something, and says that this table is reserved and we should leave. The man says that we were here when the sign was put on the table and the lady replies that she has not seen anything like it and cannot help. Needless to say,that all the empty tables were reserved and we had to go away without eating. There are other acquaintances who complain about service at this and other Tokyo City restaurants. Maybe there is an opportunity to find out why such things happen? My husband and I have both liked this restaurant, but at the moment we don't know if we will return. I would add that there are also complaints about the service, more precisely about the slow service, about the fact that the waiters often start the conversation in foreign language, and the mutual comments of the waiters about other customers also interfere.
