Irresponsible customer treatment
Hello! I do not recommend this guest house to anyone! I will explain in detail. 04.07.2020. We have a banquet for 12 people on 01.08.2020., the reason for the celebration - a wedding. We were satisfied with the location of the guest house, today's offer and price. We talked to the customers, talked everything with the hostess, paid money and went to projects. 31.07.2020. I personally called the guest house to find out a couple of organizational issues, everything seems to be in order until 01.08.2020. In the evening we arrived at the guest house. I got inside, I said, we were present, but the service staff was very surprised to see me. I said that we had an banquet, but it turns out - no one is waiting for us! Nothing! And then nightmarish explanations began - the hostess fell ill, the staff mixed everything up, the order page was pulled out of the book, and so on., all kinds of changes. Imagine what you feel when you realizethat there is no, no one expects, but the other people in the hall are happy. The money paid was returned and a compensation of 20 dollars was given, but it in no way removes my emotional trauma. We stayed on the street with our guests. The woman from the service staff offered to wait an hour, something for us to take care of. But there was not the slightest desire to stay there. I don't want anyone to sell like this and I don't recommend going to this place.
