Unkind service at the reception
The Outpatient Services Center / Polyclinic of Pauls Perthh Clinical University Hospital works as a multi-profile consulting polyclinic. Almost every one of us has been there and gained experience in dealing with the reception staff, doctors and other staff. On March 9, 2020, I was not lucky, because during 3 minutes of communication I received an openly negative, unkind attitude from the receptionist (retirement age) employee abolina.
