Azur store employs very incompetent and unprofessional staff. Attitude is just terrible, rude answer, do not know your product, computer programs. The ordered product has to wait forever, no one ever calls back, provides misleading information. Management, please change the team - at least train, because no matter what salary is for employees - small or high, if you once work in service, then please find out what the standard of service is, because I heard from so many people a very negative experience with Melbourne stores. if the product is of very poor quality, then at least the shops should have normal service, not the screaming guys who do not know what they are doing in this company.
