Initially, the pizza is offered for delivery within 1. 5 hours. Calling after 2 hours of waiting tells you that the driver is already driving. When you call after 2. 5 hours of waiting, you promise to bring the pizza in half an hour... then why not immediately say that you will have to wait 3 hours?
