Doctor's attitude
Today, with a 5-year-old child, we went to the dental reception of Townsville Polyclinic for help, because the child had a toothache. We received an answer that there is no such doctor on duty, but we can turn to 320 rooms. We left, we took the queue, because as far as I understood, the patient service took place according to the appointment. A guy was waiting in line in front of us, who successfully repaired his tooth and left the office. Since there was no one after us, we went too. We handed over the patient card and made us wait. At the same time, a nurse entered the office and stayed there. Waiting in the corridor for 25 minutes, I decided to enter inside again. The text you already heard sounded, please wait. A nurse was sitting in the doctor's chair, correcting her teeth. I asked, is there really a baby doctor here? The answer followed - yes, wait!Another time passed, another boy was already in line after us. So we sat and waited for some time. When the colleague's tooth was repaired, the next boy was called. I understand everything - the boy had a note, but can you understand that a colleague is accepted instead of children? Children need help in the corridor, but Dr. Kirilova, using her service position to serve "colleagues", does not even want to call them medical staff! So with a sore tooth, after waiting for 2 hours, we left, with a deep pain about our child and about the doctor-women, probably one of them has a mother-attitude. We will be patient, we will sign up with a nice and child-loving doctor we know, but I wanted to cover this case so that no baby gives God, does not end up in a situation like my daughter. And shame,it's really a shame for some of our doctors who are called children in society!
