Poor service

4-room cesis is starting to gain all the distrust, because before I started writing my complaint.! A month ago, on the dates of about July 20, we ordered one mattress for a children's bunk bed. We tell the seller his wishes, he understands everything, he finds the price. Yes, only now it costs 104 dollars, but on both sides a layer of coconut. Okey take. We pay the full amount. Promises, in 2 weeks will be sent to wait for a call. It takes 2 weeks - no call. Let's go well and find out where the delay was... It turns out the guy has not ordered, the seller apologized, but will have to wait 2 more weeks. Of course, humanly explain everything we understand. Happy day comes, when the mattress is finally delivered, I give the receipt to the parents to pick up the mattress. They call me and say: "another 16.00 dollars were sent to us, because the manufacturers have added another layer of coconut". So stop! What? I asked? Did anyone ask if I needed to? In the evening I went to find out what's there? Turns out it's the original price, the guy was wrong! Sorry... Since when does the customer have to pay for the seller's errors? Made a mistake, pay yourself or give a discount, not without any warning put some money. Good thing they were 16 dollars. Of course I received an offer, return the product, and someone will buy it... What can I do!? I wait a month (the child asks every day when there will be a mattress) and now give up! But if it was a larger amount or other more expensive property that I would buy and add 16%. Marazm... The best thing is that the bosses don't care either, because when calling an internet store, who seems to be meeting with the boss, promises to call back and solve the situation, he doesn't seem to know! So here are the people, deal with it yourself. And to crown everything and of course the company's fame, the seller's suggestion: "we can return all the money to bring back the mattress and you can ride and buy elsewhere!" Bravo
