Non- return of the phone
In the Rd electronic store I submitted the phone to the battery replacement, where it was allegedly led to an examination, on 09.02 I received a reply about the refusal to repair the telephone, where it was mentioned that the telephone was in working order. Today 19.02 I contacted, when I finally get the phone back in the store, today 20.02, I have not yet received my phone, attitude vnk no, promises. An institution that does not have an office to which customers can turn does not have a communication telephone to deal with cases. Think 100 times when you visit this store.
