I came to change the sim cards together with the daughter, the staff chatted endlessly with each other when they drew attention, then everything was "jerky" - continued to chat and changed the sim cards to "shot", offered to change the tariff plan for me and my daughter-agreed, but the employee confused the numbers and whoever has a tariff plan, said to come in 40 minutes, everything will be fixed. In the end, the simcard works for me, the settings for the child do not come when we came back, already another young and arrogant young man, even though he said that all the order,to which I objected and told him to look further on the phone, squealed and set. I had glued the protective film before, but I did it wrong, I understand that it is not the duty of your staff to stick it normally, but the request can be answered at least politely, I was roughly shot with the words "I'm already going home". The situation was softened by an older man without hair, he improved the situation in general that he could. It was beyond the limits of my patience and understanding of customer service. Courtesy and kind, attentive, customer-oriented service is not a no-brainer in the business and service industry.
