Inadequate Pricing
Never Visit Hairdressing Column! Unless you want to pay an inadequately high price for nothing. I have been in two Columns lately - Mol and Spice, and each of them has its own unique story of complaints, but this time I will write about the most unpleasant. A small derogation - I only visited the columns because they are located in supermarkets, where you can easily park your car. So, the story is as follows - the last Column I visited - in Spice. All you had to do was fade the strands, without cutting. Price in the price list - maximum 22 USD. When asked by the hairdresser whether to style her hair, I said, as always - no, thank you, just dry it! And at the cash register I will send me a check for the amount of 37 USD! When I asked to decipher the price, it turns out that it consists of a pinch of bleaching (the maximum 22 USD was taken, although only the roots had to be bleached, not the hair along its entire length), then another 3 USD for hair color, another 1 USD for some mystical "materials", for which I did not receive any logical explanations, and the most interesting - 11 USD for hair styling! Needless to say, those 11 USD according to the price list were the maximum in the position "hair styling"! At that time, I still had to argue, but I just walked away in shock for such shamelessness, to write your experience here. It should be noted here that last time I paid 26 USD (bleaching of roots at the roots + drying) at Mola Column for the same service, but another time before that 31 USD for bleaching, drying and trimming hair ends. I understand that Kolonna is not from cheap hairdressers, but the sad thing is that when they see a solvent person, they want to squeeze the maximum... Of course, I would not say anything, if for 37 USD I would have really received a great service, but on the contrary - I was served by a hairdresser who did not have the first breath of freshness (it was Saturday - so the hairdresser was obviously in the mood for the after-Friday evening...), she spoke foreign, and she washed her hair color twice - once once on the nape of the neck, and then the rest of the hair... In addition, pouring full ears with water... It is a pity that I do not remember her name, but it was like that with short, red hair... I hope that my experience will help someone choose better hairdressers for Column!
