poor service and very high interest rate 222%

In 2019, I will borrow 1520 USD and honestly pay monthly I have already paid USD 2379.65 and still have to pay USD 999.75. Calculating% I get 222.33% but calculating them is 63%. The email address provided on the website does not work. Unable to list. My questions are not answered. Only the amount to be repaid starts to appear, which changes mysteriously - it remains bigger, here smaller.
