Poor service
I would like to complain about Taxify taxi drivers. I would like to mention that I use Taxify so far because of this handy application and ideas. But, I would no longer use. The reason is rather annoying. At least for me. On weekends I went with my girlfriend to get out, as usual to use, I use the Taxify application. First, my booked trip was canceled by 2 drivers. Sounded weird, but well, ok, Friday night, anything can be. In the end, one taxi driver, however, accepts my trip and arrives with us. During the conversation, I remember seeing at least someone we had agreed to carry because two other drivers who were nearby refused. To which, the taxi driver fully answers me that it is because I, as a passenger, have a bad rating. I was in shock. The money for the trips is always withdrawn from the card, the machine will never be in a state of disrepair, and I am polite. The offerer replies that this is probably because I have not left a tip, in which case the drivers tend to put low values. I was shocked, it's my personal choice whether I want to thank a particular driver as much and pay more. I admit, I don't leave a tip at all times, because sometimes there are actually drivers who I prefer to see when driving away, rather than paying them over. Sometimes I don't have any cash to give to a taxi driver at all. But, still believe it is my personal choice, paid on top or not. But, that's not all. As we continued our conversation with the taxi driver, he started to say that what I could want at all, because, each trip costs 4 dollars to the driver, the taxi driver would call me. I traveled a short distance (our evening trip cost 2.80 USD). Of course, I am very sorry, but if the application shows me that the trip of my choice will cost up to 3 dollars, then I do not have to blame that it costs the driver 4 dollars. If the price is higher, then indicate that the price is 4 USD, not 2.80 USD. I know a lot of people who use this service for direct journeys, so if it is so disadvantageous for the driver, please specify that the minimum fee is 4 dollars. Is a recommendation to drivers, do not engage in this application and will not tell the customer how bad life is.Because I would never tell my clients in my work that I would actually get more, but I am forced to work at such a price. If you pay too little, walk away instead of making the customer feel guilty that he is using your service for a short trip.
