Unreasonable Labor & Mileage Rates

Beware if you live outside Rapid City. They sent two servicemen for a general maintenance call. For the one hour service call, I was billed 6 hours of labor ( 3 hours each serviceman at $55 & $60 per hour). In addition, I find their mileage rate of $.85 unreasonable.
