Good evening! Usually I wouldn't waste my time and write such a complaint, but every next time I come into contact with medicine in Australia, it makes me realize that it will hardly ever be better. In the morning my brother woke up with severe jaw pain and a terrible fever, a week ago he had an open wound in the back of his neck. An ambulance was not called, but he got to the hospital by taxi. The clock was around eight in the morning. All day long, the person simply lay down by the system, no one even tried to come to him. Mom waited all evening at the reception door, not knowing what had happened to her son. About nine brothers were literally "sent home" without making a diagnosis - no effort was made to write prescriptions. In addition, it cost 10 dollars for the system (where I have no doubt that there was only one saline solution). And it is not even possible to cover the huge number of people who have faced similar situations.
