Unacceptable Service
The situation happened in the second half of March, I thought to keep quiet, but after talking to colleagues, I realized that I was not the only one who had this. I needed a new chair, went to the optimus store in Darwin. At the intersection of Kalpaka Street and Railway Street. A woman met me at the store and answered me "hello" if I could go back to the door and wipe my feet, because she didn't have to clean the store. (I had come in indoor shoes, it was 2-3 meters from the car to the store door and my legs couldn't be dirty, especially so dirty that I showed it to the store in that tone. ) As far as I understood, the woman in the store was alone, so on the way I went to choose a chair. The chairs were in the store on the second floor when I got back down to the salesperson and saidthat I want to buy a chair, I was told in a very high tone that I could look at the name of the chair or memorize the code, because she is not obliged to go to the second floor now to look for what it is about the chair. Similar situations with this particular attitude of the seller in the store have happened to my colleagues, so I do not believe that there were simply no omens, but it is already a specific attitude towards the customer. I have also regularly entered the prize store and Darwin store at betas, I have never seen anything like it. The sellers are kind and knowledgeable, happy to help.
