Selling a non-American phone
I bought a SONY XPERIA S. The packaging was pre-packaged and with the manufacturer's seal-sticker. Before that, I got acquainted with the phone and its equipment in the TELE 2 store. I chose to buy in this online store because of the low price. I did not tear the seal on the spot and did not check the assembly, because I was sure that the wholesalers would supply the same goods to everyone. However, when opened at home, it turned out that there is neither an HDMI cable, nor a fast charging charger as it is in a normal store, nor even American language instructions, not even foreign and English. There are only Italian, French, foreign and something else. There is also no package description. Contacting them then is like against a wall... Unfortunately, I live far from Santa Ana and did not pay to ride and impress this sharashkina office on the way how things should be done, because they do not respond well to phone calls. And when I pick up the phone, I just talk some butter... I wrote an email, but I don't answer the questions in principle, but say that I have made a choice that I have also signed for... Nightmare.... Laziness to describe everything completely. NEVER shop here! NEVER!
