I went to find out because it is not normal for the phone to be repaired for the third time in 1.5 months. The phone is visually in perfect condition, no damage or scratches. At the on-site store, I asked the woman (seller) if this was normal, that the phone cannot be repaired completely? To which I received an answer in a rather rough form. It was said that the phone model is of poor quality and needs to be sold as soon as possible after repair, because there will be problems with the display all the time. And in general, it's my fault I bought a low-quality phone model. (Although the internet had good reviews on this phone). And they do not exchange a product for an equivalent. That is my problem. That was all she explained to me. I do not recommend shopping in 316 stores, because in case of problems no one will make normal repairs to you and will not change the product. And the attitude of the service staff is terrible.
