Service and food quality
Tokyo city has been a popular destination in recent years and has been visited at least a couple of times a month, but the last time is disappointed more and more, where the culmination was experienced tonight during a visit to old Melbourne tokyocity. To order - chicken fillet in French style, chop in French style and sushi sets. The waitress has to ask her 3x questions, because everything is "muted" under the nose, in the end we understand the question "do we want some freshness", to which we said yes. It doesn't take an hour (of course, Saturday night, although at least usually earlier than the waiting time was warned) and finally brings portions... Fillet is good if the size of the phone and the layout of the notebook (!) - looks like a quarter one sliced potato, where most of the pieces burned. The same goes for chops. "Zalumini" offered by the waitress - a tomato with a core and four unpeeled cucumber discs cut into four parts on a separate large plate... For two people. Children's portions are seen better. I won't even get into the details of future attitudes, forgotten things, or the fact that obviously conversations with colleagues seemed more interesting to come, ask, or else something like Rojas / as tasted, or even have the opportunity to ask for a bill. When catching the waiter, we ask for an invoice,in which we see 3 € for two servings of "fresh additives". To the question "are really 2 slices of cucumber and tomato per person considered an additive and that it was not mentioned as a separate supplement", the waitress rejected - "such are our Prices". It has always been clear that you have to wait for the waiters to forget sometimes, but both the service and the quality of the food have dropped drastically. We do not intend to return to the place where we receive 1/4 of the previous treatment and 1/4 of the portion.
