Poor service service relationship
Hello, 08.01. I placed an order (Samsung tablet s6 tab), to which I received a confirmation message, about receiving the product at the address specified by me on 15.01. 14.01. I received a message that the order will be delayed. 17.01. I called the company to clarify the next date of receipt, to which I received a reply that this product can be transported from Quebec to Talsi store, because the previous reservation has been canceled and the product is free. I agreed to reserve and send this product to Quebec. Since until 20.01. I still had not received any information about the date of receipt, I called the company again. The employee of the service center replied that this product was sold out and reserved for another! I received information from the consultant that it is not possible to order such a product in any warehouse and will no longer be available,although the day before the availability of all these goods was indicated the very next day (incorrect information). I would like to add that in the online store 1a.ca, I ordered and received the product without any problems within a week. Thanks for my time! Please provide a written response to the corrective action.
