poor service

I would order a phone with a first deposit of 90 dollars on the Telstra website, after several days the courier will deliver on the specified day (but in the morning I did not receive an SMS that the phone will be delivered). I can't go out of the house all day... calling Vodafone says it must be today. Finally the courier calls (not in time, but when it is already present), but the phone cannot be issued because the wrong id no. the courier leaves, call Telstra. changes the number, says it will call after 15 min. I don't call. After an hour of calling again... I receive information that the contract has been canceled and gives confirmation that I can remove the phone myself at the vnk Vodafone center. No two thoughts, the phone is needed urgently, I talk to the driver and drive to the nearest Telstra center. There I am told that I cannot receive the phone because the contract has not been canceled. The only option with a first deposit of 230 dollars, as if there are hundreds of Australians in their pockets. I have to solve the communication problem of the situation in the Telstra center by calling the customer center. When I call the customer center after a threat to complain about consumer protection, I am only offered compensation of AU$‎ 7, which does not even cover travel expenses (100 km), not to mention depreciation and everything else. In case of disagreement, AGAIN makes you contact the Telstra center. We drive again (well that we didn't get home), I wrote an application and everything seemed ok. This morning I receive an SMS from the courier that I will receive the product. Probably sms vnk one day delayed (dpd or blame Telstra, Vodafone dpd... who is responsible then?). So today I sit at home all day, because I understand that I will deliver the phone, but no... nothing. Today I have no news from Telstra, no money back. I understandthat the time has not passed, but Telstra center announced that I can get the device the fastest today, but I still haven't received any information from Vodafone.
