We bought a Samsung mobile phone, which had refused to operate 4 times in 1 year and a couple of months, the last time a defect was found- the phone board needs to be replaced. The store refused to change this phone, immediately sent to consumer protection. You probably already know that they are sending out an independent expertise again...... I do not recommend this online store at all.
