At the time of purchase, the box was opened, of course, there was a film with inscriptions on top and no damage was noticed. Returning home and removing the film - a crack was found on the screen. Of course, the store was called immediately. The employees have already started to say that, of course (well, if the phone was also manufactured in their store and was not transported anywhere) it is impossible and that an expert examination is urgently needed. Naturally, the examination did not show anything and the guarantee / refund was denied. I don't know what will happen next, but now I recommend everyone to boycott this store and not shop there, because looking at how many complaints there are already about them, it is nothing new for them.Good day!
