Warranty Repair.
Since the warranty card did not indicate the service that must repair the phone I bought at this online store during the warranty period, I called the store to find out what to do. The non-American-speaking girl asked to be handed over to them when they arrived. When I arrived in the basement of 12a Kalnciema Street (!), I was not very satisfied. I replied that it was not written anywhere and their employee asked me to take me here - the phone was accepted (on Friday) and promised to be delivered to the service on Monday. Next Tuesday (!) a coupon to return the phone to the warranty for ELKOR service (as it turns out?!)...But I gave it to him when he returned the phone, but he didn't need it then, but now it turns out that the service has changed, they don't work with all kinds of "corner" services... Well, after work, I went to Kalnciema Street again to return the check. the guy himself shocked me again, offering to go to First Street himself, because unfortunately, they could only do it on Thursday (!) Needless to say, I was shocked, because I returned the phone on Friday, but nothing was done with him on Tuesday night. When I reminded the employee of it all, he just nodded and said "yes, yes" to each of my objections and did not feel guilty at all. I took the phone and drove myself, showed at 18:25... And how do you feel about what happened when I arrived at First Street, ELKOR service center? An inscription at the door said that the working hours are only until 18:00!And this rude boy, knowing it well, offered to take me by phone when the working hours for the said service had ALREADY ended... The PSTphone is still NOT repaired, even though 2 weeks have passed. It is at least foolish to set working hours for customer service agencies exactly as they are (9: 0-18: 00; holidays off) for all workplaces, which means that a working person cannot access them at all without delay.
