They won’t answer the phones in store or on their 800 number so I’ve never been able to speak to anyone that works there since I overpaid for display shoes

I paid full price for a pair of display shoes. Didn’t realize it u til I got home and my spouse saw the display sticker on the box. Tried to call the store and they do not answer their phones.
