Parcel out of delivery

My parcel has arrived at ABX branch tuaran (BKI) on 17/04/2021 but until today 23/04/2021 i have not received my parcel. I called and WhatsApp to followup yesterday and asked why my parcel out of delivery from 17/04 until 23/04 and they said need to wait the runner. I hopeless because ABX took so long to delivery... i would like to complain service area at Sarawak, we have sendind out parcel on 30/03/2021 tracking [protected], [protected] but until today not received parcel yet, how come is been almost 2 weeks time but haevnt send the parcel to customer ??? i pay is send by courier not by sea even poslaju customer already receive, pls... Why my parcel still at sabah since 5/4/2021. Don’t get any updated about it since that date. What make it take so long time to reach here at sarawak. I need that item as soon as possible. Hope you can delivery it soon.

Poor service

On June 21-24, 19, my friend and I went on a trip to St. Petersburg to celebrate Name Day and Midsummer in a different way than usual. Just on departure we found out that the accommodation had been changed, there was a 4 * hotel in the city center, but we were accommodated in a 3 * hotel very far from the center, breakfast was included, no meals, one and the same, no choice. Of course no one from the agency did not report that such a situation had arisen and that the accommodation would be changed. The bus was also terrible, a little that old, uncomfortable chairs, and we were allocated seats in the first row, the whole trip no legs stretch anything, driving more than 10h, it was terrible. Children also drove during the trip, I believe that children should sit in the front rows, not adults. The best started when it started to rain and I started dripping water on top of the rain, it started to flow on top of it with a normal jet of water, not just dripping, creating a real puddle under my feet. I had to sit on a friend's lap because of a chair. mine got wet and the clothes too.. A friend pointed it out to both the guide, who didn't seem to know, or the drivers, one of them just paired that a bird dug a hole in the roof. Respectively, the guide could solve the problem and move us to another place. ,because there was one place vacant right behind us, where the woman was sitting alone, she could sit quietly in the place of my friend, because the rain was raining on top of me by the window. So my friend and I found a cellophane bag and applied it to the bench, thus trying at least something how to keep the chair dry so that the next days of the tour do not have to sit in a puddle of water.. Excursion program days were also exchanged days.. Excursions, which were intended for the program on the third day took place in the fourth and the fourth day of sightseeing in the third, which significantly limited the free time.. Bus driver (Raymond) also recommend repeat CSN and running overestimate their driving abilities.. Without dangerous overtaking maneuvers, do not talk on the phone while driving, where to write sms. Thank goodness the other driver (Normunds) was sensible and realized that he was responsible for the lives of 50 people traveling on the tour. In a word, we were very disappointed ☹️ would recommend the tour company to follow the technical condition of the bus more carefully and warn of any changes. We will not use the services of this tour company a second time and do not recommend them to others.
