Specialized in BMW car repairs. Has been working for a little over a year. Very bad attitude towards the customer - I waited almost an hour in his queue (although previously there was a note). Sorry, nothing about the delay. When I tried to figure out when I could finally accept the car service behaved inappropriately, spoke out and pointed out that if I have any problems with the service acceptance procedure, I can go away.
