Poor service, damage

On October 15, 2020, we bought a corner sofa in Optimus furniture on First Street. We needed a sofa today, so we decided to buy the same that was displayed in the hall. Seller anita offered a new package, but it would be on other dates. We went to the sofa to see what condition, the seller said that there were some defects, we walked through the whole sofa, we found such small Holes with peeling skin, with a friend we thought well that it is still nothing. The seller anita offered to make a 5 € discount, which seemed quite funny, but now we agreed. We went to shape the sofa. We were already waiting for home delivery. Delivery arrived, unloaded the furniture, then we saw that the sofa was missing one leg. Pulled out the other part of the sofa to see that the bottom fabric is all torn and simply packed close. We went back to the store to find out what's on the case. The seller's anita claimed that the leg was in place when they had packed, and said that we had lost somewhere ourselves, of course, we did not see a leg thrown at the door of the house. We also did not drop out of the car to the employee who brought it. Showing the pictures, the salesman called the warehouse worker, he came and also claimed that everything was in place and said that the fabric was torn. Another salesman sitting next to me with black short hair began to say in a raised voice if we were told what the defects would be. Of course we were not told that the fabric would be torn at the bottom, we were just informed about those small patches of skin. Then we were annoyed to call the leader, then something started to move forward. Seller Anita told a warehouse employeeto go find a leg in the warehouse. It turns out that there are no parts in the warehouse, in case such a problem occurs. Seller Anita decided to unscrew from the same sofa, in a different color (which was also displayed in the hall, and how I understood other customers had already picked it up, because later the seller called with black hair and said that today there will be no sofa, because now he is dismantled). Gave us a leg, and of course we walked away angrily. So please check the furniture if you buy from the hall!
