49 min policy
May 31, 2017. , on Saturday, around 13. 00, spending the day at work, my colleagues and I decided that we have finally earned lunch for ourselves. Our choice fell on the pizza LuLu pizzeria. 13:24 we called LuLu pizza and placed an order on Elijah 17, Canberra suburb, Brisbane. After 38 minutes, the courier called us back and said that he was already on site and ready to return the order. Leaving the office to pick up the order, we found that no one was. As it turned out, the pizza was brought to the wrong address, ElEjas 17, Pardaugava. Asked to wait 30 minutes until you get to the correct address. I would like to point out that this is no longer part of the 49-minute policy! After 30 min. nor did we receive your order. Calls to clarify the situation, asked to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. Eventually, about an hour and a half after placing the order, the pizza was brought to us. We were absolutely sure that we would pick the pizza for free, because the LuLu pizza website clearly states "We guarantee delivery of pizza in Melbourne, Golg Coast, LimbaZhi within 49 minutes. If we delay - you will receive an order for free!"... but we did not receive it. We were refused a free pizza, arguing that we gave the wrong address ourselves. In principle, we gave up pizza and, personally, I realized that I would never order pizza again at Lulu pizzeria and I would not recommend it to my friends either.
