Poor service, fraud!
I ordered a refrigerator on 03.02.2018 with a prepayment of 272 $, promised to deliver the next day. In the morning, the courier called and stated that the product was a visual defect, asked whether to take it or send it back. I said that I don't need a defective product, at least not for the full price of the product. And further silence! 220 never called or wrote to me to warn me, not to mention my apologies, the inconvenience. Nothing was done, for example, to deliver a new product after failure, return the money and a bonus money of 17 $. Calling and writing to teh. support nothing was done or the process was accelerated. Say and write only the same we will pass on your inf. and we will contact you. Now on February 10, 2018, neither the money nor the bonus money was returned.It turns out I have to wait for them to get the refrigerator back from the courier and only have five days to return the money. As a result, I was left without money, without goods, and did not know when I would return the money. Because the status is now considered delivered. But neither the goods nor the money have a word that something is wrong. This is the first time I have been confronted with such a shameless attitude. I would not recommend anyone to shop at store 220 and especially make a prepayment. If you continue in this spirit, you may soon be without customers at all.
