Order incomplete

On October 5, 2020 I received order 5031899, but it is not complete. I ordered 2 pcs grave lamps with a handle 90 cm, but I received 2 pcs grave lamps without stands. They were not included in the order. I was informed at the post office that I had received one small package containing only 2 lamps with tripods not included.
