Poor service or ignorance from Gjensidige
2019. G. On September 6, I was involved in csng as an injured party, drafting the agreed statement. On the same day, I submitted my claim electronically, sent the agreed statement and went to the service to compile the topic and send it with pictures to gjensidige. PД “c 2019. G.10. In September, the service themed with pictures sent to gjensidige. On October 16, 2019, I was interested in what was going on with the case, but I was told that there was neither a subject nor a picture. After repeated calls to gjensidige, the theme and pictures were still found. When I called again in December to inquire about what was happening to my case, the operator answered me, that the case must be considered within 1 month of receiving the last documents and that the information will be passed to a responsible person to contact me. Within a week of not receiving a call and calling again, again I was promised to pass the information to the person in charge to contact me and advised to write a complaint to [hide] ] @ gjensidige.com, which I also did. Present as early as January 2020 and no one even seems to know about the case and will not respond to my emails or call me back! Good!
