I filled out everything twice but did not put in the DDA code correctly to activate the course. I entered the wrong last # as a 6. It is 8. Why can’t I get my entire form back?
Bad program format in my opinion, boring, uninformative on many accounts, most of it tells you things you’re already aware of. It doesn’t begin where you leave off it, you stop, you repeat everything in the segment so it appears that your best option is to complete the section before moving on or stopping the process. With a reasonable eduction you do not learn almost anything. A lot of information is absolutely useless, too many repetitions, critical information is missing. The videos are a waste of time. Too much geared to the elderly. This course is an insult. Hopefully other courses are better, they cannot be worse.
I was shocked to learn after I took the course that it is not recognized by AAA the world wide auto insurer therefore I received no discount for my yearly premium.
my husband started the course.. stopped midway went back to it.. and it asked regarding a phone number for authentication he put in the # he was using in the course they blocked and locked the account. I guess they meant his home # and its Saturday and they don’t have anyone on call
